Closetino
How to delete your Closetino account and associated data.
Delete in the app
Open Closetino, go to your profile or settings, and choose the option to delete your account. Confirm when asked. Exact menu labels are being verified against the latest app version.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email email address pending from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”.
What gets deleted
Your account, clothing photos, outfits, calendar entries, trips and Virtual Try-On photos. Some records may be kept where the law requires, such as transaction records.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play.
