Where subscriptions live
Closetino Plus and Premium are purchased through the App Store or Google Play, so they are managed there — not on this website.
iPhone and iPad
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit Apple subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple: Apple support.
Android
Open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions, or visit Google Play subscriptions. Refunds: Google Play help.
After cancelling
You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period, then return to Free. Your wardrobe stays, but plan limits apply.
Restoring purchases
Sign in with the same store account and use restore purchases in the app. Still stuck? Visit Support.
