Question 1

What is Closetino?

Accepted Answer

Closetino is a digital wardrobe and personal styling app for iOS and Android. It helps you keep your clothes organized in one place, create outfits, plan what to wear and explore your style with the help of AI.

Question 2

Who is Closetino for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who wants to get more from the clothes they already own — whether you love fashion, want to simplify your mornings, or are preparing for a trip.

Question 3

Is Closetino available on iOS and Android?

Accepted Answer

Closetino is being prepared for launch on both the App Store and Google Play. Download links will appear on this website as soon as the listings are live.

Question 4

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

An account keeps your wardrobe, outfits and plans connected to you. You do not need an account to browse this website.

Question 5

How do I add clothing?

Accepted Answer

Take or choose a photo of a clothing item in the app, then add details such as its category. On plans that include AI clothing analysis, Closetino can suggest these details for you.

Question 6

Can I organize clothing into categories?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clothes are organized by category so you can browse tops, bottoms, outerwear, shoes and more separately.

Question 7

Can I search my wardrobe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Search and filters help you find a specific piece quickly, and you can mark items as favorites.

Question 8

Can I track my wardrobe value?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you add purchase prices to your items, Closetino shows an overview of your wardrobe's total value alongside item counts by category.

Question 9

How does AI outfit generation work?

Accepted Answer

Closetino looks at the clothes in your wardrobe and suggests combinations from them. You stay in control — save the outfits you like and skip the rest.

Question 10

Does AI use my own clothes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outfit suggestions are built from items you have added to your digital wardrobe.

Question 11

Are AI features limited by subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI outfit generations and AI clothing analyses. See the Pricing page for the current limits.

Question 12

What is Virtual Try-On?

Accepted Answer

Virtual Try-On creates a preview of how a look could appear on a photo of you, before you put it on. Results are visual approximations, not an exact representation of fit.

Question 13

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

You provide a photo and choose clothing from your wardrobe. Closetino then generates a preview image of the combination.

Question 14

Are there usage limits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Virtual Try-On is included in Plus (5 per month) and Premium (30 per month). It is not included in Free.

Question 15

How are uploaded photographs handled?

Accepted Answer

Photos are processed to provide the feature you requested. Full details about processing, storage and retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

Question 16

What is included in Free?

Accepted Answer

Free includes up to 30 clothing items, 1 trip and 5 AI outfit generations per month.

Question 17

What is included in Plus?

Accepted Answer

Plus includes up to 100 clothing items, 5 trips, 30 AI clothing analyses, 30 AI outfit generations and 5 Virtual Try-Ons per month.

Question 18

What is included in Premium?

Accepted Answer

Premium includes unlimited clothing items, trips, AI clothing analyses and AI outfit generations, 30 Virtual Try-Ons per month and automatic trip outfit generation.

Question 19

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. See Subscription Management for step-by-step links.

Question 20

Can I change plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade in the app or through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. When the change takes effect is determined by the store.

Question 21

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

Your data is used to provide Closetino's features. Our Privacy Policy explains what we process, why, and the rights you have.

Question 22

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Account Deletion page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately.

Question 23

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Visit the Support Center for help articles, or use the Contact page to reach the Closetino team.
